I have been using my manual isis pumps for 9 months, and the suction was starting to get a bit weak. I replaced these and the valves, and the problem has been solved. For less than $25, I can continue nursing. worth every penny.

This is NOT the one. The picture is still wrong as today 06/30/2009.

I bought it, but had to return it.

This came with my electric pump, in case I wanted to use it as a manual pump. It creates a gentle suction, but the whole pump set was wonderful. It was easy to clean, and is durable yet pliable – even after months and months of use.
