I have this product on my baby registry and was disappointed to see that they price inflated by $10 overnight. I hope that doesn’t happen again! One reason I chose this brand/model is for its price!

  2. This pump sucks big time. I got this pump from amazon and it worked fine for 2 months and then I thought my milk production went down. I started talking herbal supplements. Then once when I used a Medela pump at work and I realised it was the mistake of the pump and that my milk production was OK. I just hate this pump… I wish I could give it some negative rating.

  3. I used my sisters’ Ameda, second-hand, and I think she used it for both her kids, so I was on child number three for this pump. Working part-time, in the early months, it was fine, although both shields and the rubber inserts had to be replaced early on because of cracks. Once I started working full-time, pumping two-three times a day, it just got to be too time-consuming…close to an hour to pump both sides. And that’s EACH time I pumped, so two to three hours A DAY! Being cheap, I did not replace it, though obviously the motor was bad or suction was poor, but I cried when I found out a co-worker took only ten minutes total to pump in a session with her Medela. It’s tops for a reason. Think of how many more hours I lost because of a cheap pump. I will go for the expensive, hands-free top-rated brand next time, and I’m only going to be working part-time.

  4. This pump appeared to be everything I wanted in a pump, comfortable and easy to use. But after purchasing BRAND NEW, the pump’s motor died in the middle of my pumping after only 2 months of use. I would never buy this product again.
